1. Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales Resell Solutions operates strictly as a B2B wholesaler. Products sold on this website are intended exclusively for resale, commercial use, or business distribution. By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing as a valid business entity.

2. Pricing & Order Minimums

  • All prices are listed in USD (or your primary currency) and are subject to change without prior notice.

  • We reserve the right to enforce Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) or minimum order values per purchase.

  • Orders that do not meet required minimums are subject to cancellation.

3. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required at the time of order placement unless prior credit or terms have been explicitly granted in writing.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment fails, is flagged for fraud, or remains unpaid.

4. All Sales Are Final & Return Exclusions

  • All sales are final. Because we deal in bulk and wholesale distribution, we do not offer refunds, order cancellations, or returns for buyer's remorse, slower-than-expected sales on your end, or market price changes.

  • Any claims regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect items must strictly follow our Return and Refund Policy and be submitted within 3 business days of delivery.

5. Shipping & Risk of Loss

  • Title and risk of loss for all products pass to the buyer upon delivery of the goods to the shipping carrier.

  • Resell Solutions is not liable for carrier delays, customs holds, or shipping damage once goods are transferred to the carrier.

6. Intellectual Property

Images, product listings, and branding materials on this website are owned by or licensed to Resell Solutions. You may not use our proprietary media without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Resell Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from product resale, delivery delays, or inventory shortages.

Service Discontinuation & Limited Liability:

Resell Solutions reserves the right to suspend or permanently cease wholesaling operations at any time without prior notice. If operations permanently cease within 14 days of your purchase, your sole remedy is a refund of the access fee paid. Resell Solutions shall not be liable for any consequential damages, lost profits, or business disruptions arising from service closure.
